Dr. Courtney grew up in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
She graduated with a Biology degree from Augustana College. She received her DVM degree from St. George’s University in Grenada, finishing her clinical rotations at Oklahoma State University. Dr. Courtney enjoys traveling, hanging with friends and going to concernts. Her special interests are surgery: specifically orthopedics – TPLOs and Lateral Sutures; she also enjoys soft tissue surgeries.
She shares her home with her husband, David, and their four cats: Daisy, Mac, Leeks, Penny and Golden Retriever: Nutmeg.
